We reserve the right to modify features over time.
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately if we reasonably suspect misuse.
Fair Use & Platform Protection
We may monitor usage where reasonably necessary to protect platform stability, performance, and security.
We may apply reasonable limits, throttling, temporary restrictions, suspensions, or other protective measures where needed.
This includes cases of excessive traffic, unusually high order volume, abusive behaviour, automated scraping, bot traffic, denial-of-service style behaviour, or activity that risks platform performance.
We may take these steps with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, other retailers, or customers.
Order Volume & Fulfilment Responsibility
You are solely responsible for managing your own capacity, availability, fulfilment timelines, delivery capability, and acceptance of orders.
OrderFor does not guarantee order pacing, volume control, capacity limits, queue management, or booking protection unless a specific feature expressly provides that function.
We are not liable if your storefront receives more traffic or orders than you can handle.
We are not responsible for missed orders, delayed fulfilment, cancelled orders, or customer dissatisfaction arising from your capacity constraints or high demand.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account:
- For breach of these Terms
- If fraud is suspected
- If your activity poses risk to the platform
- If required by law
We may disable your storefront, pause order-taking, restrict access, remove storefront access, or otherwise intervene where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, other retailers, or customers.
We may do this without prior notice in serious cases or where urgent action is needed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
